vegan pasta bolognese

Even a beginner can make this super easy vegan pasta sauce! All the ingredients can be easily found in the store.


  • 500g pasta
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 dl dark soy mince
  • 7 dl water
  • 500g crushed tomatoes
  • 1 dl dried (red) lentils
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.75 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp ground coriander
  • 1.5 tsp dried oregano
  • 1.5 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dark balsamic vinegar

In addition:


  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot according to the package instructions.
  2. Peel and grate the carrots.
  3. Add all the sauce ingredients to a smaller pot and simmer them over low heat for about 15 minutes, until the carrots and lentils are tender.
