Learn to make easy and delicious vegan parmesan cheese in under five minutes. There are many different versions of this on the internet, but I always turn to this favorite recipe of mine.
This “cheese” doesn’t melt, but otherwise, you can use it as a substitute for parmesan in practically any recipe to bring a wonderful cheesy and salty flavor to the dish, for example:
- Vegetable Patties
All you need is:
- Nutritional Yeast Flakes
- Garlic Powder
Store the prepared parmesan in the refrigerator in an airtight container, for example in a small glass jar. I haven’t had my vegan parmesan go bad yet, even though I’ve stored it in the refrigerator for several weeks and even months.Print
